We check your home after each booking and check the cleans prior to new arrivals, we have offices conveniently located on the 192 and are available for you and your guests daily. We have in house cleaning staff to maintain high standards, emergency contact numbers for out of hours emergencies.

Our charges are Based on your requirements, you only pay for the services you require!

Manageement fee is $125 monthly and we do not charge any commission on your bookings.

When Guests arrive we are your front line representation, We ensure that any problems or difficulties they have are rectified as soon as possible, they have access to the local numbers and can have someone dealing with their problems to ensure they have a great vacation.

We check your home after each departure for any damage, correcting minor problems and reporting any larger issues, this allows you to charge your guest's security deposit and refund the balance.

We ensure that prior to the guest’s arrival all homes are thoroughly cleaned and minor damage rectified.

We offer a wide range of services and strive to ensure all of Our Owners needs are met.

Caretaker Service

For Owners who prefer not to rent out their homes but want a local point of contact and people checking on their home. 

Partial Management

For Owners who rent just to people they know but require some services and local assistance

We can also arrange bill payments for your home, take care of licenses and sales tax when necessary, all bills are paid promptly by us and then invoiced to you in a monthly statement. These amounts are generally deducted from your rental receipts and the surplus balance is paid to you as required.
